the photos mostly matched what i got, but the color was a little different in person. not a huge deal, just kinda not exactly what i expected.

I went on rubypearlco.com because they had this discount banner up, plus a “limited promo” thing that made it seem like I was getting some kind of deal... but then the code just would NOT work at checkout?? I tried it a few different times, refreshed, re-entered it, all that... and it kept saying it wasn’t valid!!!

Then I noticed the price seemed to change after I added things to my cart, which was super annoying. Maybe there were some tiny terms I missed somewhere, but it just felt misleading and like a waste of time. I’m not ordering from them again!!!

So... I’ve had this for a while now, and it’s still looking good and feels really solid. No complaints so far.

I ordered a custom piece it just wasn’t what I asked for. The lettering looked uneven, and the size felt kind of off too. I mean, isn’t the whole point of a custom order to get the details right? I tried reaching out to explain the issue, but the responses were slow and didn’t really help much. For something personalized, I expected a lot better. Would I order again? Probably not

A friend had actually recommended this company to me, so I was expecting the whole process to be smooth. Unfortunately, the refund took longer than I thought it would, and I had to send more than one email before I got a proper response.
To be fair, they did refund me in the end, so I can’t say they ignored the issue completely. It was just a bit frustrating waiting around and not really knowing what was happening.
